Schedule an Appointment: Book an in-store appointment through our website. Include a note on your preferred type of flooring to help us prepare. Walk-ins are always welcome, but please note that scheduled appointments may take priority.
Measure Your Space: Before your showroom visit, measure your space in square footage. For rectangular rooms, multiply the length and width in feet. Add 10% to your total for cutting and waste.
Showroom Visit: During your visit, one of our flooring experts will review your needs and show you samples. You can take samples home to see how they look in your space, as lighting can affect their appearance.
Installation Arrangements: If you want us to install your flooring, we will schedule an in-home measurement. This can be arranged during your showroom visit or after you've viewed samples at home. We will provide a budget estimate based on your measurements prior too. If you only need materials, let us know the quantities required.
Receive a Quote: After the site measurement, we will email you a quote within 3-5 business days.
Confirm and Deposit: If you agree with the quote and wish to proceed, a 50% deposit is required. You can pay via eTransfer, over the phone, or in person. We will email you the Sales Contract and Preparing for Installation forms through DocuSign for digital signatures.
Order and Schedule Installation: Once the deposit and signed documents are received, we will hold the inventory and order any necessary products. After confirming the order, we will schedule an installation date.
Installation Reminder: You will be contacted at least one day before installation to ensure you are prepared for our team.
Day of Installation
Greeting: A member of our professional installation team will greet you upon arrival.
Guidance: Please guide our installer to the area where the new flooring will be installed.
Preparation: Ensure the installation area is free of obstacles and has minimal traffic. Provide the necessary space for our team to work efficiently.
Completion Review: After installation, the installer will review the work with you to ensure your satisfaction.
Follow-Up: Your assigned flooring expert will contact you a day or two after the installation to confirm your satisfaction and discuss final payment options.
Final Documentation: You will receive an email with the final invoice, payment receipt, and relevant maintenance and warranty information.
